To the characteristics of the apartment belong two bedrooms,one bedroom with double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds, kitchen connect to living room with futon sofa for two, bathroom,terrace and nice garden with our own homemade vegetables, outdoor fireplace,free wi-fi ,digital and a SAT tv.

The apartment is very specious and comfortable suitable also for families with small children.

It is located on the grandfloor in a quiet neighborhood on the 10 minutes walking distance to the city center and only 2 km to the nearest beach( 5 minutes by car). It’s close to the many restaurants, post office, hospital, pharmacy, banks and supermarkets.

There is a parking space in our yard and also in front of the house, on the road.

Additional services (negotiable upon demand): Transport to the airport, central bus or railway station and everything else according to your wishes, if we are able to fulfill it. Possibility of excursions and visits to attractive locations, transport to events as music or film festivals etc.

For small fees we allow small pets, such as Maltese dogs or others.
